Hilarioous · Entzopedia Technologies Limited
Terms of Service
Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms cover use of the Hilarioous website, operated in connection with Entzopedia Technologies Limited. If you create an account, you confirm that you have read them and the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Hilarioous publishes comedy stories, meme cards, and short videos for entertainment. Stories are not news, not professional advice, and not a promise that any event happened exactly as written. Some pieces are retold from submissions. Some are written by editors. The tagline “Laugh Today. Live Better.” is a slogan, not a medical or financial claim.
2. Accounts
You may read the public pages without an account. An account needs a working email, a username that is not already taken, and a password. You are responsible for keeping the password private and for what happens under your login. One person should not register a username that pretends to be someone else. We may close an account that breaks these terms or the Content Policy.
Editor tools live at a separate address. A reader login does not grant publishing rights. An account becomes an editor only when its role is set to admin in the database.
3. Your content
If you submit a story, you confirm that you wrote it or have permission to share it, that it does not invade someone’s privacy, and that Hilarioous may edit, title, illustrate, watermark, and publish it, with credit to the name you gave. You can ask us to take a published submission down through the contact form. We will review that request. We do not promise that every submission will be published. Statuses you may see are pending, reviewed, accepted, or rejected.
Comments and replies must follow the content policy. You may edit or delete comments that are tied to your account. Editors may still remove a comment. Reactions and reports are part of the product, not a promise that a count is a poll of the whole audience.
4. Our content
The Hilarioous name, logo, and watermarked images are for the site. You may share a story link. You may save a meme card that already includes the watermark. Removing the watermark to pass the image off as unmarked artwork is not allowed. Do not copy the site’s design or story text onto another publication as if you wrote it, except for a short quotation with a link back.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, scrape private data, or attack the site.
- Do not upload malware or attempt to bypass editor checks.
- Do not harass people through comments, usernames, or submissions.
- Do not post another person’s private contact details, identification numbers, or intimate images.
6. The apps
The footer may show official App Store and Google Play badge artwork. Unless a real store listing URL is added in site settings, those images are not a claim that a mobile app is already for sale. The website is the product you are using today.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We work to keep it online and accurate enough to laugh at. We do not promise uninterrupted access, that a joke will suit every reader, or that a view count, reaction count, or search result is complete. To the extent the law allows, Entzopedia Technologies Limited and the people who edit Hilarioous are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Governing language
These terms are written in English. If a translation is published later, the English text is the one we maintain. Questions of which courts and which local consumer rules apply depend on where you live and where Entzopedia Technologies Limited is organised. We have not named a court in this page because that detail should match the company’s registered particulars, which are not printed here. Mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Questions go through the contact form. Please do not send account passwords.
